An inspiring TED-like event

Content we created

TEDxDelft in 2015 organized another inspiring TED-like event and asked for our help to boost the last minute ticket sales. We combined 3 adjacent disciplines that we think are very important in event marketing:

          • Social media content strategy
          • Public Relations
          • Google & Facebook advertising

Our role was to coordinate the efforts from these three types of marketing communications in order to have a wholesome image to the target audience. We helped the existing team fine-tuning their approach on social media and move away from merely sending to a more engaging way of handling the community. A PR outreach was done to selected journalists. And a highly targeted advertising campaign was run leading people directly to buy a ticket for TEDxDelft 2015.

Results we achieved

  • Sold out 3 days before the deadline

  • 5 extra press clippings

  • 10,000+ Facebook impressions
